## Prerequisites

* Global Admin access to the customer's M365 tenant.
  * Including Microsoft Entra, Compliance Manager & Exchange Administrator.
* Admin access to the YOUR ARCHIVE tenant archive.
* Valid journaling and connector email addresses.
