# Troubleshooting M365

* **Journaling Issues**: Ensure the journal rule is configured properly and the correct journaling email address is entered.
* **OAuth SSO Issues**: Double-check the **Client ID**, **Client Secret**, and **Redirect URI**. Ensure all necessary API permissions are granted.
* **Mailbox Reader Errors**: Confirm that the service account has the correct OAuth scopes and domain-wide delegation is enabled.
* **Connector Errors:** Check TLS settings and certificate validation.
