# Configuring Folder Replication

The folder replication process aims to synchronize emails within a user account. Unlike the Mailbox Reader, which downloads emails, this feature focuses on synchronizing the emails associated with the user account without downloading them. It's important to understand that the synchronized emails should already exist in the archive.
