Setting up Automated Onboarding for a Tenant

1. Create a Tenant

Begin by creating a tenant through the administrative interface, as is customary. It is important to ensure that "Send Setup Email" is selected, as this will enable the automated onboarding process to commence. If this option is not checked, the setup process will have to be completed manually. Ensure that "Send Setup Email" is marked as selected, otherwise the user will not receive an email to initiate the process.

2. Automatic Onboarding Email Sent

A automated onboarding email containing the username, password for the onboarding services, and the URL for the automatic onboarding process, will be sent to the admin email address specified for the tenant.
