Setting up a T2 Tenant

How to setup a T2 Tenant on Solar Archive

T1 level falls below the SU and has rights to manage the reseller companies and the admin users within each reseller company. There could be multiple reseller companies under a region and a number of admin users under each reseller company.

Creating a T2 Reseller

1. Launch T1 URL https://xxxxxx.com/uss/t1/ and login with T1 admin login credential

2. Click on “Add Reseller Company” button

3. Enter / Select the required values in the fields. Refer to the table below for field names and descriptions.

Creating user “System Administrator” for Reseller (T2)

1. Click on the “Reseller” displayed in the left menu. User is displayed with reseller list view

2. Click on the “User Account” button > user is displayed with Reseller Manager page

3. Enter / Select the required values in the fields. Refer to the table below for field names and descriptions.

4. Click “Save” Button to create” Reseller Manager” successfully.

Field	Description
Reseller Name and Reseller Tag	Fields will be disabled
Manager User Name	Unique username of the account.
First Name	First name of the user
Last Name	Last name of the user
Password	Enter password
Confirm password	Re-enter password to confirm
Email Address	Enter email address
Enable User	Tick the check box
