Once the folder synchronization cycle is complete, the folders and their emails will be arranged in the Folder replica view exactly as they appear in the user's mailbox. This arrangement is based on the basic user's email address that was configured during the synchronization process.
If the admin has not initiated the mailbox reader for a particular mailbox and its emails have not been processed in the archive, selecting those emails will display the following message:
The structure and arrangement of the emails in this view will be identical to that of a mailbox. You can search for emails using filters for keywords and date periods. However, if you access this folder replica view before the replication process is complete, the folders will be displayed in different font colors. Orange indicates that folder synchronization is in progress, while red indicates that the folder has not yet been synchronized.
The count of search results in each folder is displayed in red within parentheses. Additionally, all the usual user actions, such as reply, export to PDF, forward, and restore, are available in this panel.
At the end of the folder list, there is an "Additional Results" section that displays search results from the archive or public folders.
If there are a large number of search results, a text link labeled "Click here for more" is displayed after the first batch. Clicking this link will load further results.
Furthermore, each folder has a History tab in addition to the Current tab. In the Current tab, you will find all the messages for the current folder replication cycle. If messages are moved from this folder in subsequent cycles, they will appear in the History tab instead of the Current tab.
Please note that the Folder replica view also displays the PSTs processed in the system in the same manner, based on their mapping with the user's email addresses.
