# Spaces

Solar Archive's Spaces feature enables you to organize and preserve your email messages by saving them into designated "folders" for future reference. Additionally, you can share specific sets of results with members of your organization by inviting them to access the space. Furthermore, Spaces also provide the ability to place legal holds on certain entries and request authorized deletion if that option is available in your archive. In summary, Spaces in Solar Archive is a powerful tool that allows users to efficiently organise, share, and secure their email messages.
